1. Create a strong password and do not share or reuse it on other sites.

   Make sure to use a strong password and never share it. Use a unique one for YouTube only.

2. Enable 2-Step Verification on your Google account.

   Options:

   • Security keys (Most secure)
   • Google Prompts
   • Authenticator App

a) Reporting from the Homepage

1. Sign in to YouTube.
   
2. Click More → Report
   
3. Select a reason and click REPORT
   

b) Reporting from the Video Page

1. Open video → click menu → Report
   
2. Choose violation reason
   
3. Tick checkbox → Click Next
   
4. Select violation time period + add details
   

1. Find the comment → Click More
   
2. Click Report
   
3. Select a reason and click REPORT
   

Note: Misusing the report option may result in restrictions from YouTube.

1. Sign in to YouTube
2. Go to the channel page
3. Click About
4. Click Report
5. Select the reason that best suits the issue
   

1. Visit Privacy Complaint Process
   
2. Click the second button to proceed
   
3. If uploader hasn’t removed content, click Continue
   
4. Review community guidelines and click Continue
   
5. Select the information → fill the form
   

1. Visit YouTube Legal Policies
   
2. Select violation type → submit complaint
