Set up separate user accounts

If multiple people use your phone of device, make sure each has their own user account, accessible with a separate user name and password. That way if one person is hacked, the data of the others is not compromised.

When setting up separate accounts there will have to be one administrator for your advice. To set up a separate account on an android phone, the administrator will need to go to ‘settings’, click on ‘clouds and accounts’, click ‘add user or profile’, select user. The new user can now complete the process. Your device will guide you through this process. Each user should have separate authentication to limit exposure if any user’s passwords are breached.

Once the new user profile is set up, you’ll need to create a password for the new user to keep them secure.
